I'm Alwin T. Garcia residing at Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City. Last May 8, 2018, I was officially enroled at Mirai Empower Foundation Corporation training center through the program of our Beloved Congressman Greg Gasataya as one of their scholar taking up SMAW NC1 (welder). During my days of training, I'm so excited to know more about welding. Later on, I learned that it was not easy to do. I also encountered lots of difficulties during our practical training. First, I don't know how to start and don't even know how to keep my weld well. But I'm so thankful because, with the help of our instructor, I developed my skills on how to make my welding good and learned lots of different styles or strokes. During my first week of training, it was not so easy but I'm determined to be trained well. And one thing I learned that MIRAI EMPOWER FOUNDATION CORPORATION is not only teaching to develop and improve our skills but they are also teaching good moral character (attitude) discipline and Respect. And I really appreciate all these things from MIRAI EMPOWER FOUNDATION CORPORATION. They even care about their trainees. They want to make sure that all trainees must go through Knowledge, Skills and Attitude. They want to promote good quality trainees for future purposes. The staff are so friendly and easy to approach. They have also quality trained Instructor. During our final assessment last June 16, 2018, I'm so excited and a little bit nervous to perform but I thank God I did well. I'm so happy to be competent in the national assessment and now I am a certified SMAW NC1 holder. Once again many thanks to MIRAI EMPOWER FOUNDATION CORPORATION for helping people to developed skills and attitude. God Bless and more power to your foundation.

I have stayed with Mirai for almost three months. I am happy and proud to say that their course in learning the Japanese language and culture is very enriching and I am very pleased with the experiences I’ve had with the institution. I never imagined myself learning a new language and being a student again, until I decided to enroll in Mirai Empower. It was my first time and I had to catch up with all of the lessons and vocabularies, but it didn’t stop me because I am eager and the people who work with Mirai are also very eager to teach us. I am quite motivated as well, because the instructors in Mirai are very supportive, well presentable and respectable as a teacher, They taught me that in every hardship, we need to always stay focused and determined in order to finish what we have started. The Japanese language is a complex and reputable system of communication. During my study in Mirai, I have learned the basics of this complex language. My study with the institution provided me the necessary skills in speaking, writing and reading Japanese. My teachers Jemina Sensei and Kozuka Sensei were very determined in making us grow not just in the Japanese language but the Japanese culture as well. Overall, in my whole experience learning in Mirai, I understand that the Japanese culture should be respected and genuinely taken care of.
